Shipping policy

Fulfillment

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days from the date they are placed. During promotions, sales events, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may extend to 7–10 business days. Severe weather or holiday-related carrier delays may also affect timing.

Cancellations, Order Changes & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations requested after 24 hours may be eligible for store credit only.
Once an order has shipped, all online sales are considered final. We do not accept returns on shipped items.

Damages, Wrong Items & Pest Concerns

Please review our unboxing instructions before opening your package.

If your order arrives with the wrong plant or you notice a pest concern upon unboxing, please contact us promptly and include any required documentation. An unboxing video is required so our team can review the issue and determine next steps.

All plants—whether new or rescue—are treated for pests and fungus before shipping. Still, plants are living things, and treatment is not always flawless. Minor imperfections, transit stress, and the occasional surprise are possible.

Lost or Stolen After Delivery

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your home, with neighbors, or with your building office or front desk.

If 24 hours have passed and your package is still missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If insurance applies, claims may need to be filed through the carrier.

Weather

Plants are perishable items, and weather matters. During colder months, we strongly recommend adding a heat pack and selecting Next Day Air whenever possible to reduce transit stress, delays, and temperature exposure.

Please assess your local weather conditions before ordering. If you are unsure whether it is a good week to ship, reach out before placing your order and we will gladly help you decide.
