Aglaonema 'Variegated Snowflake' is the Chinese Evergreen doing winter elegance without requiring anything cold-related from you whatsoever—those broad, lance-shaped leaves are splashed with irregular white and pale green snowflake-like markings against a deeper green base in a pattern so delicate and distributed it looks less like variegation and more like the plant was caught in a very tasteful flurry and decided to keep it. She has all the classic Aglaonema adaptability underneath that wintry exterior, tolerating low light and average conditions with the unbothered ease the genus is famous for, while delivering a variegated display that looks considerably more demanding than it actually is. Elegant, wintery, and considerably easier than anything this refined-looking has any right to be.
Care Card
🌿 Light — Low to bright indirect light. That white snowflake patterning stays most crisp and defined with good light; lower light is genuinely tolerated without drama—she's an Aglaonema, adaptability is the whole brand.
💧 Water — Let the top 1–2 inches dry between waterings, then water thoroughly and drain. Classic Aglaonema drought tolerance applies; overwatering remains the primary mistake and she'll yellow at the base to let you know before things get serious.
💨 Humidity — Average to moderate, 40–60%. Comfortable in typical home humidity without supplemental assistance—one of the most humidity-tolerant variegated plants at this visual level, which continues to be a genuine gift.
🌡️ Temperature — 65–80°F. Never below 60°F. No cold drafts, no AC vents—the one condition she genuinely won't tolerate quietly despite handling everything else with remarkable grace.
🌱 Fertilizer — Balanced liquid fertilizer monthly in spring and summer. Nothing in fall and winter; consistent and gentle keeps those snowflake markings vivid and the growth steady.
⚠️ Toxicity — Toxic to pets and humans. Calcium oxalate crystals cause oral irritation and vomiting if ingested.
🐣 Beginner Friendly? — Absolutely yes. Variegated elegance with beginner-level care demands—the Snowflake is the Aglaonema for people who want something refined without any of the refined plant drama whatsoever.

PLEASE NOTE: What you see is the vibe — not the exact plant. 🌿 Each plant has its own personality (some a little more dramatic than others). Leaf shape, size, and variegation will vary, but pot size is consistent.
