Pothos 'N'Joy' is the compact, crisp, graphic member of the Pothos family—those smaller, distinctly two-toned leaves in bright white and deep green have a clean, bold contrast that looks less like variegation and more like a deliberate design decision, each leaf sharply divided between the two colors in a way that photographs beautifully and looks even better in person. She's tidier and more refined than the sprawling Marble Queen, with a slower, more deliberate growth habit that makes her perfect for smaller spaces and shelves where a little restraint is actually an asset. 🌿 Light — Bright indirect preferred. That sharp white and green contrast needs good light to stay defined; low light causes the white sections to fade toward cream and eventually revert toward green—which defeats the whole crisp aesthetic.
💧 Water — Let the top 1–2 inches dry between waterings, then water thoroughly and drain. Classic Pothos drought tolerance applies; overwatering is still the primary mistake and well-draining mix is non-negotiable.
💨 Humidity — Average to moderate, 40–60%. Comfortable in typical home humidity; white variegated sections appreciate slightly higher humidity than standard green Pothos but won't stage a protest over average conditions.
🌡️ Temperature — 65–85°F. Never below 60°F. No cold drafts—white sections take cold damage faster than green tissue and the damage shows immediately on those crisp pale leaves.
🪴 Soil — Well-draining all-purpose or aroid mix. Consistent moderate moisture without waterlogging; not fussy about soil composition as long as drainage is solid.
🌱 Fertilizer — Half-strength balanced liquid every 3–4 weeks in spring and summer. Monthly in early fall. Nothing in winter; white variegated tissue is more fertilizer-sensitive than standard Pothos.
⚠️ Toxicity — Toxic to cats, dogs, and humans. Calcium oxalate crystals cause oral irritation and vomiting if ingested.
