Philodendron Majestic lives up to the name—velvet leaves, elegant shape, and a look that feels upscale even when the plant is still getting started. It has the kind of polish that quietly flexes.
Believed to be a hybrid of Sodiroi and Verrucosum, combining the silvery markings of Sodiroi with the deep green velvety texture and reddish undersides of Verrucosum, this hybrid typically appreciates support and a little patience. It becomes much more impressive as the leaves size up.
LIGHT: Bright indirect light. A climbing support encourages the most impressive leaf development.
WATER: Allow top 1–2 inches to dry between waterings. Well-draining aroid mix.
HUMIDITY: 60–80%; important for the velvety leaf surface.
FERTILIZER: Balanced fertilizer every 2–4 weeks in growing season.
TEMPERATURE: 65–85°F; keep warm.
TOXICITY: Toxic to humans, cats, and dogs.
